Flu shots

I took Kyra into the Dr's office yesterday because she had some open sores on her buttock -- turns out to be a staph (stapf?) infection -- she's happy as a clam but itches the sores which isn't so good. After 24 hours of antibiotics, it looks a lot better. I figured while we were there, we'd get the kids flu shots. Kyra went first with barely a peep. Daniel hid under the bench in the Dr's office and then sobbed for 10 minutes following the shot... Is it that girls are stronger or that first children are babied a lot more? He didn't buy the "This is good for you" response...
